The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improveanent
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the irnprovement which the Council recommends is
to rec�str�act the sid�xalk on both sides of Juliet Av�. frca� W'h��ler St. to �airview
Ave. and by doing all other work whicl� is nec�saary and incidental to cc�plete said
faprovment, ezcept �here good and sufficient ponred sidewalks n� exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is �_ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the Z��h day of
March, 197� , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the`Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
