The Councff of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiasioner of Finance
upon the �bove improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved ax�d adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to rec�nstruct the aidewalk aa both sides of Davern St. fro� J�es Ava. ta Vellesley
Ave. and by dai�ag all other aork which is necessarq and iacidental to ccr�p3ete
aaid ixproveaent, except s�here good and anfficieat poured sidenralta no� exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 3.80 per lia. ft. ior 5' valk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24th day of
Yarch, 1470 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
sa,id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total oo�t thereof as estimated.
