RE50LVED, that out of t e Workmen's Compensation Account
of the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $70 .00 be
paid John Bergeron while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on December 31, 1969 , while
employed by the Board of Water Commissioners ; and that $308.00
in partial settlement, to and including February 13, 1970 , is
now due and payable.
This Resolution rescinds C. F. Z47299 , adopted by the
Council February 3 , 1970 .
