WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared pians, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk High-
way Number ill renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 5 within the corporate
limits of the City of St. Paul from Erie St. to St. Clair Ave.; and
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeted, and identified as
S.P, 6201-39; and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, lab�led and
� -r identified as S.P. 6201-39, Which, together with the Mtnne�ota Depart�ent
of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January i , 1968,
and supplemented July i , 1969, on file in the office of the Commissioner
of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk
Highway Number ill renurabered as Trunk Highway Number 5; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
� labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Co�missioner
�C �J (� of Pubi ic Works; and

� WHEREAS the term ��'said plans and special provislons" as hereinafter
used i� the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean,
refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the fore-
going recitals particularly identified and described.
NOW� THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for
the improve.ment of Trunk Highway Number iil renumbered as Trunk Highway
Nu�aber $ within the 1'i�its of the City of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in
said pians and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent
is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the con-
st�uction of said Trunk Highway Number 111 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 5 in accordance with said plans an�l special provisions.
