The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 246734 approved
Dec. 22nd. 1969 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both
sides of St. Albans St, from Lafond Ave. to Blair Ave. and b doin� all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
