17 and part of 18, Block 8, "Foundry f�ddition" to St, paul ; aiso, part of Atwater St.
vacated, and part of the SW 'r� of the SW } of Section 25, Township 2gN, Range 23W, bounded
by the following described lines: Beginning at the NW corner of Block 8, "Foundry Addition"
to St. Paul ; thence easterly along the north line of said Block 8 to the northeast corner
of Lot 14 in said Block 8; thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 14 to the
southeast corner thereof; thence easterly along the north line of Lot 18 in said Block 8
a distance of 6.3 feet; thence southerly parallel to the w�st line of said Lot i8 a distance
of 79.4 feet to a point; thence southwesterly a distance of 189.6 feet to a point 100 feet
east of the west line of said Section 25; thence westerly along a lir�e parallel to the north
line vf said Block 8 a distance of 22 feet to a point; thence southwesterly a distance of
i24.4 feet, more or less, to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of the Great Northern
Railway Compar�y, said point being 68 feet easterly of the w�est line of said Section 25;
thence westerly along said right-of-way line to the point of intersection with a line 33
feet east of and parallel to the west line of said Section 25; thence northerly along said
parallel line and the west line of said Block 8 to the point of beginning. Dale Street

Also, a temporary easement for construction purposes on those portions of Lot 18, Block 8,.

ment of Public Works, said easement to expire on January l , 1971
