The assessment af beaefita, ac►at and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitte�d to the Council, and the Council having considered ga,me
and found the said assesament satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said aasessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on thP *�+p7�th
day of �gn�t, 197� , , at th� hour of 10 o'cloek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Comxnissioner of Finanee
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time aad pla.ce of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
