In the matter of changing the grad�nof the alley in Block 11, Lewis' Seaond Addifiio�
to St. Pa�l, from the �orth line of Lot 21 in said Block 11, to Wayzata Street, to
conform to the grade as ahawn on the profile on file in the Department of Pablic Works.
Also condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuta
and fills, including right of remaval of lateral snpport fram subject land or remainder
thereof, occasioned bq excavations thereof or conatruction of slopes in the gradin�
and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 11, LeWis� Second Addition
to St. Paul, Minnesota from the North line of Lc>t 21 in said Block 11 to Wapzata Street
(G-1930),
under Preliminary Order—�475�� , approved BebrnarT-1�,--1470 ,
Intermediary Order 248875 , approved Ma�t 19, 1970 , ,
Final Order 249293 , approved Juae 16, 1970 •
The Commissioner of Finance havin� submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
F�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
Nin�tn�.�+*h da�� *•��.; 7ef7Q___ ___—__, at ten o'clock A.M, and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
