Whereas, Councii File 243948, dated May 16, 1969, authorized Thomas
R. Byrne, Mayor, to execute for and in behalf of the City of Saint Paui ,
a request for Initial Engineer Inspection Survey for the purpose of
qualifying for Federal Disaster Assistance under Public Law 875, and to
file it in the appropriate state office, and
Whereas, Thomas R. Byrne is no longer Mayor of the City of Saint Paul ,
therefore be i t
Resolved, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul , that Charles P.
McCarty, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized to execute for and in
behalf of the City of Saint Paul , a public entity established under the laws
of the State of Minnesota, a request for Initial Engineer inspection Survey
for the purpose of qualifyi�g for Federal Disaster Assistance unde r
Public Law 875, and to file it in the appropriate state office.
