RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Hous-
ing Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of May 27, 1970
pertaining to the property located at 796 Ashland Avenue, owned
by Harry Gutowich and described as:
Lot 15, Block 2 , Palace's Addition
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet
lavatory and bathtub or shower on condition that �each of the two
dwelling units which is not equipped with aforsaid facilities shall
be limited to a total of three occupants and not more than three.
occupants shall share aforsaid facilities; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such time
as the property at 796 Asland be sold or any other right, title
or interest be transferred at which time said waiver be nullified;
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds; and be it
FIA�iLLY RESOLVED, That the prior Resolution of this Council,
Council File Aio. 249531, approved June 30, 1970, is hereby rescinded.
