COMMISSION AT
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and
appro�es the action of the Saint Paul Board ot Appeals
and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention
Codes at its meeting of February 11, 1970, pertaining to
the prop�rty located at 1737 Bush Avenue, owned by Nichol�s A.
Kraft and described asa " ,
East '� of Lot 19, and all of Lot 20, Block 2,
I�uhl's 2nd Addition to St. Paul;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11(2) of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a
lavatory in the same room as the water closet, on condition
that all other Housing and Building Code standards of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code be complied withs and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That such waiv�r be granted until such
time as the property at 1737 Bush be �old or any other right,
title or interest be transferred, at which tim� s�id w�iver be
nullified= and be it
w FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized

� and direct�d to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
U Ramsey County Register of Deeds; and be it
