sewer in CRETIN AVENUE from Ann Arbor Street to about 225 feet north of Temple Court;

TEMPF,E COURT from Cretin Avenue to about 435 feet east of Cretin Avenue; in FIN1'�
STREET from Ann Arbor Street to St. Anthony Avenue; in TEMPLE COURT from Finn St�eet
to about 230 feet east of Finn Street; in ALLEY BLOCK 4, CAPI�OL ADDITION from Cretin
Avenue to about 70 feet east of Cretin Avenue, all to be known as the TEMFLE COURT

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Couneil having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfaetory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same i� hereby in all respects approved
RESOLVE�D FURTHER,, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the Fi,ft�
da.y of Au�ust� 1970 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetinga, as� required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the particulax
owner to whom the notice is directed.
