storm sewer in FLANDRAU STREET from Beech Street to Sixth Street; also in SIXTH
STREET from Flandrau Street to White Bear Avenue; also in WHITE BEAR AVENUE from
Sixth Street to Fifth Street; also in FIFTH STREET from White Bear Avenue to about
150 feet east of White Bear Avenue, all to be known as the WHITE BEAR.-SIXTH RELIEF

and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
r�- RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all reapects approved,
RESOLVE�D FURTHER., Tha.t a public hearing be had an said asseasment on the Fifth
day of Auaust.T1Q70 , at the hour of 10 dcicek A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notiee is directed.
