WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and proslides for payment
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Paxks and Recreation and Public
Buildings has authorized overtime work in his department during the
period from June 13, 1970 through June 26, 1970:

RFSOLVID, That the proper cit�r officers are hereby authorized to
pay the employees who pe�formed such overtime wnrk in. accordance with
the provisions of Ordinances No. 6!alF6 and No. 3250.
