RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
clirected to prepare plans and apecifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city aflicials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had ander consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 248351 approved
April lOth. 19 74 relative to reconstructing the aidewalk on both sides
of Andre� St. fras Curtice St. to Page St. and bq doing all other work vhich ia n�cessarq
aad incidental to complete said i�prove�nt.
and having investi$ated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3,80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $4.60 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
