clirected to pregare plans and specifica.tions for said improvement, and aubmit same to the Council for

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 248347 approved
April lOth. 19 �� relative to reconetructing the sidewalk on the south
side of George St. from Eall Ave. t4 Hiasboldt Ave. a�d on the ncrth aide of Gearge
St. abutting the east 50 ft. af Lots 4 � 5, Block 85, West St. Panl Prop�r kuoWn
as 19 W. George 3t. and by doiag all other wark �hich is necessarq aad iacideatal
to coaplete :aid i�provement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.80 per lin. ft. for �tandard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $4.60 per lia. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, rofile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
