We refused to sign the petitiono Since no one affected by the petition, other than Mre Anderson,�as willing to sign, why was : the petition considered? Why shoutd Mro Anderson"s will be imposed upon us? The sidewalk on the south side of Wyoming at 846 South Smith is a tile side- walk in very good condition. We feel it does not require replacement at the present time. On the north side of Wyoming the sidewalk was replaced in 1955 by Robert Licha, Contractor. Because of plans for repairs and improvements on the rear garage we do not want the driveway replaced at this time. We repeat, Why should another's will be imposed upon us? Why should the citizens' tax money be wasted on unnecessary projects? We request that you do not proceed with this work .
