Whereas, the final costs for the Grading and Surfacing of St. Albans
Street from Front to cul-de-sac, Comptrollers Contract L-7065, have been deter-
mined and,
Whereas, upon final allocation of funds f rom which the above improvement
was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally set up for its
fi�ancing is insufficient fio meet the final costs and that an additional
amount of $4307.15 will be required, therefore be it,
Resolved, that the amount of $4307.15 be applied f rom the 1970 City's
share of Local Improvement Fund, code 0920-461 to finance the additional
cost of the above improvement.
