Whereas, the final costs for the construction of the Forest-Euclid
Relief Sewer System, Comptrollers Contract L-7035, have been determined and,
Whereas, upon final allocation of funds from which the above improvement
was to be paid, it was found that the amou�t originally set up for its
financing is insufficient to meet the final costs and that an additional
amount of $2000.00 wiil be required, therefore be it,
Resolved, that the amount of $2000.00 be applied from the 196g
City's share of Local Improvement Fund, code 0920-4b1 to finance the
additiona) cost of the above improvement.
