WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul has entered into a contract with
the United States Government for the development of a Municipal Information
System, Human Resources System (C.F. 247749)
WHEREAS, The United States Government placed the direction of
this project under the Urban Information Systems Inter-Agency Committee
(USAC)
WHEREAS, Said USAC has called a meeting of the prinicpals of the
various Municipal Information Subsystems to be held in Washington, D.C.
on July 9 and 10, 1970
WHEREA.S, Said USAC has requested the presence at this meeting of
the individua.l in each contracting municipality responsible for the
cost accounting and vouchering of the project, therefore, be it
RESaLVED, That Robert A. Harrisberger, Accountant III, City
Comptroller's Office is hereby authorized to attend this meeting, and
be it further
RESOLVED, That the expenses of said trip be charged to Special
Revenue Fund 3006, Municipal Information System - Federal Share
