WHEREAS, the First Nati al Bank of Saint Paul has at present a
temporary c�ive�in banking facility located on the east side of Minnesota Street
n
between Fourth Street and Kellogg Boulevard.; and.
WHEREAS, construction of the Kellogg 5quare apartments project requires
the use of said property for construction purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the First National Bank of
Saint Paul is authorized to construct a temporary d.rive-in banking facility on
the east side of Minnesota Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets until completion
of permanent facilities in approximately six weeks following settlement of the
current building trades strike.
