RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby authorized to enter into
purchase agreement with McGill Graphic Arts for the Civic Center Authority for the
printing of approximately 25 sets of reserved seat tickets for the Arena at a cost
of $184.00 per set and approximately 75 sets reserved seat tickets for the Theatre
at a cost of $32.00 per set for use durfng 1970 without competitive bids or
advertisemeat pursuant to Section 290 of the City Gharter and ordinance 14318
as this company is the only printer with the capability of lrrodueing this material within
St. Paul under ordinances 9501 and 9502.
