RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Gompensation Account of
the General Fund weekly compensation of $70 .00 be paid Arthur
Yanke while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries he received on January 5, 1970 , while employed by the
Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings ; and
that $14.00 in final settlement, for January 9 , 1970 , is now
due and payable.
