WI�REAS, The City of Saint Paul and St. Croix Engineering
Corporation have entered into a certain Agreement dated June 12,
1969, approved by Resolution C. F. No . 244243, pertaining to the
furnishing of certain engineering and architectural services to
the Department of Public Utilities; and
WHEREAS, It has been necessary to amend the said Agreement for
the purpose of providing certain specific services as part of the
City of Saint Paul ' s Code Enforcement Program;, now, therefore , be
it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City the Addendum to the
above-referenced Agreement between the City and St. Croix Engineer-
ing Corporation, said Adden.dum pertaining to City Project Number
M-0497 and City Project M-430B.
