The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is her�by approved and adopted, and the s�id improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded wi�h.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommeniis is

Resolved Further, That a pubiic hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of
March, 1�70 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Ha11 Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and plaoe of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as eatimated.
