7he Commissioner of Pubiic Works, having had under co�sideration the �preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 246572 approved
Dec. 4th. 1969 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both
sides of Mackubin St, from Burgess St. to Front Ave. and by doing all other work

which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
