L-7180 between the City of Saint Paul and the Lovering Construction
Company, said contract for the construction of Concord, Terrace
Multi-Service Center, and said extra to cover furnishing and
installation of 6"x3-1/2"x5/16" angle lintels at opening on third
floor, said work having been requested. by the Commissioner of
Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings, and agreement made with
the contractor, and a memorandum of said. agreement having been
filed with the comptroller and countersigned by him, Charge to
PIR,-6000-603 to be reimb�rsed. from Fed.eral HUD funds. 3�b #69-3.
