RESOLVED, That the City Council hereby concurs in the attached
reco�endation of the I,and Committee, and hereby authorizes and
directs the Cor�oration Counsel to �prepare, and the proper City Officials
to execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of St. Paul, Minnesota, to the following:
Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 22, West St. Paul Proper
and Lots l, 2, 3 and ZE, Thomas Walsh's Re-Arrangement.
All in accordance �rith the terms and conditions of the Co-operation ,
Agreement between the City of St. Pau1 and the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, dated and approved April 2, �968. Subject deed is authorized
as a non-cash grant-in-aid to the development of the Concord Terrace
Urban Renewal Area Project, Minn. R-37.

To the Honorable Mayor and
Members of the City Council
Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement between the City of St. Paul
and the Housing and Redevelapment Authority, dated April 2, 1968, the
City of St. Paul is requested to deed certain City owned lands to the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority described below:
Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 22 West St. Pau1 Proper and
Lots l, 2, 3 and �+, Thomas Walsh's Re Arrangement
saa.d lands being known as the Colorado Playground, and shovm on the
attached map.
This land wa.s acquired for playground purposes per Co�on Council
Board File No. 36533, approved July 27, 1912.
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings is in
concurrence with the above referenced Co-operation Agreement and has
agreed to the requested land transfer.
The Land Committee has reviewed the attached Co-operation Agreement
and hereby recommends that the City Council approve the conveyance of
said lands, by Quit Claim Deed, to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of Saint Paul in accordance with the conditions of said agreement, as a
non-cash grant-in=aid to$ie development of the Concord Terrace Urban
Renewal Area Project, Minn. flt-37.
