WHEREAS the Cawnissioner of Highways has prepared prelia�inary plans
for the improvecaent of a part of Trunk Nighway Number 115 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Nurnber 3 within ttie corporate limits of the City of St. Paul
from the S. Corp. Lic�its to Concord St.; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file i� the office of the
Department of Hlghways, St. Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled, a�d
identified as Sec. A, Layout 5G, S.P. 1928-01 � S.P. 6245-01 (3g115) fraa
T.H. 494 to Concord St,; and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so raarked, labeled, and
identified are also on file in the office of the Comrqissioner pf Public
Works; and
WHEREAS the term '�said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer
to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals
particulariy identified and described;
N�1, THEN, BE [T fiESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the im-
provement of Trunk Highway Number 115 renua�6ered Trunk Nighway Number 3
within the limits of fihe�ity of St. Paul be and hereby are approved.
