The property is further described as: Lots 7 and 8, Block 9, Whitney and Smith's Addition. The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on December 18, 1969. The staff reported that the plan meets the design standards and that the Traffic Engineer approved the plan regarding traffic.
