complete the Construction of the ORCHARD-GROTTO-REZIEF SYSTEM,
Department of Public Works, to J. & T. CONTRA.CTING, INC. for the
contract price of $111,208.00 (Plus: Val. & Assess. Serv.-$2,540.00;
Lightiri.g & Traffic - $300.00; En.gineering & Inspection 10'�.-$11,121.00;
Water Dept. Charges-�1,500.00 and Collection Charges-$100.00) , in
accordan.ce with the plans and specification.s hereto attached and
Formal Bid #3950 of said J. & T. Contracting, Inc. , such bid
being the lowest and said J. & T. Contracting, Inc. bein.g a
reasonable and reliable bidder an.d the Corporation Gounsel be and
hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
