WHEREAS,Ordinance N0.3250 a�uthorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime worl� in his department during the period from
Januarg 10,1970,to January 23,1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that �Ghe proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 61�.l�6 an d No. 3250.
