RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor, for furnishing and delivering CAST IRON FITTINGS
to the City of Saint Paul, Water Department, Storeyard, Hamline and
Carroll, Saint Paul, Minnesota to DAVIES WATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY for
the price of $27,459.22, in accordance with bid specifications and For-
mal Bid ��3945, such bid being the lowest meeting specifications, and
said Davies Water Equipment Company being a reasonable and reliable
bidder.
