WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, an.d
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Pc�blic Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from December 27, 1969
to January 9, 1970: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
