RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $70 .00 be
paid James E. Wilson while he is temporarily totally disabled
by reason of injuries he received on December 18, 1969 , while
employed by the Board of Water Commissioners ; and that $42.00
in final settlement, for December 24 , 25 and 26, 1969 , is now
due and payable.
