RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $70 .00 be
paid Ferdinand F. Gaul while he is temporarily totally disabled
by reason of injuries he received on December 18 , 1969 , while
employed by the Board of Water Commissioners ; and that $308.00
in partial settlement, to and including January 16 , 1970 , is
now due and payable.
