In the matter of the assessment for the wrecking
and removal of a hazardous building located at
1030 I�leha.rt Avenue in the C�.ty of Saint Paul,
and situated upon those premises legally des-
cribed as Lot 13, Block l, A.B. Wilgus Addition
to the Ci�y of Saint Paul, except the west five
feet thereof.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given a.s required
by law, the CouMCil of the City of Saint Paul has met and heard
and passed upon al1 ob�jections to the proposed a�ses�m�nt by
�• the City in wr�cking and removing the hazardous building 10-
cated at 1030 T�lehart Avenu�:; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha� the propos�d assessment roll, a copy of
which is attached hereto and mad� a part hereof, be aad the
same is hereby in all respect� ra�ified, aecepted and adopted,
and shall constitute th� special assessment against the lands
named therein; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sa3d as��;��ment be and is hereby
deterrnined to be payable in one in�tallment; b� it

��. FURTHFR RESOLVED, That the City Clerk shall forthwith
� �� transmit a c�rtified copy of this assessmer�t to th� County
� Auditor to b� ext�nded on the proper tax 13.sts of th� county,
; �; and such assessment shall be collected and paid ov�r in the
� '" same manner as other munic�pal taxes.
