The land, under discussion, is a portion of Lot 6, Block 3, Hoyt's Ad- dition to St. Paul, a.nd is presently available to the City's needs, und�r terms and conditions whieh Y�ave been approved by the Department of Public Works and recommended by the Valuation Engineer.
