In the matter of the assesament of benefits, cost and expenses for grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in Block 2, Morton's Second Addition from Wheelock
Parkway to 205 feet westerly. Also constructing a sewer for storm water purposes fram
the alley to East Hoyt Avenue in an easement, obtained, on, under and across the west-
erly 4 feet of Lot 7, Block 2, Morton's Second Addiiion,

The a.ssessment� hanefi tG� cost and ex�enses for and in con�ection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered saxne
and found the said aesessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESO�LVE�D FURTHER., That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 4th
day of November, 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'cloek A. M.., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time �nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
