In the process of informing this office as to the change of managers of this est�,blishment� the former m�nager, Dorothy Penfield, resigning from the corpora�ion, involves a change in the officers of the corpor�tion because in addition to being manager, Dorothy Penfield was also one of the Vice-presidents. By her resignation, she is removed as vice-president and with no new officer eiected to that office, this office is left vacant. Attached is a copy of their letter of notification.
