Gentlemen and Ma,dam:
Currently the Highland Inn, Inc. at 1870 Old Hudson Road
are holders of On Sale I,iquor License No. 7802 and miscellareous
licenses, expiring January 31, 1971.
In the process of informing this office as to the change
of managers of this est, blishment the former mnager, Dorothy
Penfield, resigning from the corporaion, involves a change in
the officers of the corportion because in addition to being
manager, Dorothy Penfield was also one of the Vice-presidents.
By her resignation, she is removed as vice-president and
with no new officer eiected to that office, this office is left
vacant.
Attached is a copy of their letter of notification.
Very truly yours,

Dear Sir :
This letter is written to introduce to you Mr. Keith Bloomstrand,
General Manager of the Highland Inn not a corporate officer.
Keith just left the Decathalon Club where he was General Manager.
During the sixteen years previous to that he was Beverage Director
at the Radisson.
He replaces Mrs. Dorothy Penfield who resigned under a friendly
separation.
Keith has assured us , and we are confident, that under his •
management the Highland Inn will continue to serve the public .
in its Tartan Lounge and public rooms in such a fashion as to
reflect credit on our City of Saint Paul.
Si ely,
