COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, M.S.A. 423.825 provides that in addition to the
tax levy for police pensions, that certain other sources of funds
shall be considered as sources of revenue to the Police Relief
Association, and
WHEREAS, receipts other than tax levy are from time to time
received by the city, and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to account for these receipts,
related expenses, and disbursements to the Police Relief Association,
now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, There is hereby established a Police Relief Association
Trust Fund to account for these reeeipts other than tax levy and their
related expenditures, and the Comptroller is directed to assign the
, proper account number.
