RESOLVED, that out of the Workm.en's Compensation Account
of the General Fund weekly compensation of $70.00 be paid Roy
Achilles while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries he received on August 28, 1970, while employed by the
Department of Public Works; and tha.t $280.00 in partial settlement
to and including September 25, 1970, is now due and payable.

Re: Attached Resolution - Compensation
Roy Achilles
Date: September 29, 1970
Roy Achilles is employed by the Department of Public Works
as an electrician. On August 28 , 1970, he got an electrical shock
from a drill and fell off a ladder landing on his left shoulder.
His doctor iridicates he has a severe fracture-dislocation and that
he will be off work for a minimum of three months. This resolution
is for the first month of disability.
