WHEAEAS, The Housing and Redevelop�ent Authority of the City
of Saint Panl, Minnesota, has requ�$ted that the �ouncil NB�YC
said retained easements , and the affected City department� ,
Aorthern 3tate� Power Company and Northwestern �asll �elephmae
Compaay have filed written certi�icates of intended non-nse
of reserved rights and essem�nts , which certificates are
attached hereto; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul, purs�ant
to Section 228.U5 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as
amended, do�s hereby waive the retained easements cantained
in resolution C. F. 2k5906, �.pproved Detober 10, 1969, in the
