Any billincas made for any period since that date shall be adjusted so as to conform to this agreement"; and J � IdNEREAS, Pursuant to said Section 16, there exists excess amounts collected . • � _ �2_ - 2. Suburb agrees to save City harmless from any liability, damage, cost or expense and fully ind ennify the City against any and all liability sustained by reason of the refund and payment to Suburb of the sum specified in Paragraph numbered (1 )° above, and any additional amounts paid after the above described audit, it being agreed by and between the parties that the indemnification is limited to the amounts actually received by Suburb pursuant to the Sewer Service Agreement and this agreement. .
