RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is'
hereby authorized aad directed to cause a portion of the necessary
alley crossing and a portion of sideWalk abutting private property
to be reconstructed at the location listed below by the Mario Frasson
Cement Co. under their annual Sidewalk Contract 70-M-0502 for District
No. 3, known as Comptroller's Contract No. L-7279 at a cost not to
exceed $110.00 based on the unit prices bid for foar inch and six
iach monolithic coacrete sidewalk, driveway aad other material neces-
sary which cost is to be charged against the P. I. 8. FUND CODE 6000
and this same fuad to be reimbursed from City's share of Local Iun-
prove�nt Fuad Code 0920-461 (1970) .
At the alley crossing and a portioa of sidewalk on the west
side of Earl St. betweea Cook Ave. and Magnolia Ave. and also abutt-
ing Lot 1, Block 1, Douglas Addition.
