BE IT RESOLVED THAT, all those matters approved bq the City Council per-
taining to the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East-West alley
in T. B. Sommer's Addition from the North-South alley to Farrington Street and the
North-South alley in T. B. Sommer's Addition from the East-West alley to Orange
Avenue
and
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessarq for the slopes, cuts and
fills, including the right of removal of lateral support from subject land or re-
mainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in
the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East-West alley in T. B.
Sommer's Addition from the North-South alley to Farrington Street and the North-
South alley in T. B. Sommer's Addition from the East-West alley to Orange Avenue,
as shown in the following listed council resolutions, are hereby amended to delete
T. B. So�er's Addition, wherever it appears and substitute in its place T. B.
