WHEREAS, In connection with the construction of a traffic control
si.gn�al at the intersection of Concordia Street and Hamline Ave., the State
of Minnesota Department of Hi.ghwa.ys has agreed to do this work and
WI�REAS, The City of St. Pau1 and the Department of Hi�hways have
eritered into an agreement number 55936, State Project No. 6282-95,
Project I 094+-3 (16�+) which provides under paragraph 5 of said agreemen�
for the payment of the City's Share of the construction cost plus 6�
for Engineering and Inspection, now therefore be it,
RES�,VED, That the City's share in the amount of $8,639.OQ be chaxged.
to the Permanent Improvanent Revolving �nd, Code 6000 and. this same
fund to be reimbursed from 1970 Municipal State Aid Fund No. 6�+-1�+5-13
and be it,
FGIR� RESOLVED, That the sum of $8,639.00 be paid to the
Co�nis�i�r��`of Highways as per their Invoice No. 53646.
