WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides

WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
August 8, 1970 to August 21, 1970, therefore, be it
R�SOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perfarm such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250
