, Beginning at .the intersection of the east property line of Birmingham Street and the west
propezty line of Rrosperity Avenue: thence northerly along the east property line of Bircningham
Street a distance of 123.24 feet: thence southeas.terly on a straight line a distance of 55.57 :'��
feet to a point on the west property line of Prosperity Avenue, said point being 110 feet ' '
northeasterly of the point of beginning: thence southwesterly'along the west property line
of Prosperity Avenue to the point of beginning and there terminating.
Also, condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes; cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remaind.er thereof, occasioned
by excavations thereof or construction of sl.opes in the improvement of the intersection
mentioned above, as shown on Opening Drawing No. 2097, Drawer 4, on file in the Department of
Public Works. � �
