of the General Fund weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid
Harry L. Moreno, commencing June 23, 1970, while he is
temporarily totally disabled by reason of injuries he received
on December l, 1966, while employed by the Department of Public
Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection, said employee h.aving been
paid in accordance with Section 52 of the Cha.rter to and
including June 22, 1970.
